Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy goods from Merritt Games through merrittgames.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order.

About us

Merritt Games is a trading name of Dan Merritt, a sole trader. Our trading address is 170 New Rd, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, WD3 3HD, United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected] or through the Contact Us page on this website.

Products and prices

We aim to describe products accurately and show current prices and availability. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Merritt Games is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not separately charged on our sales.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging, artwork or minor product details may differ where a manufacturer changes them without notice.

Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the goods in your basket. We will send an order confirmation using the contact details supplied at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because stock is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected item or order and refund any payment taken.

Where a product has a stated purchase limit, including limits intended to improve fair access to limited TCG stock, we may cancel quantities or orders that reasonably appear to circumvent that limit.

Payment

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed for dispatch.

Delivery

We currently sell and ship to United Kingdom addresses. Delivery options, charges and applicable estimates will be shown before you place your order. Further information is provided on our Delivery Information page.

Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Cancellations and returns

Consumers buying online normally have a legal right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days after receiving the goods. Details of how to cancel, return goods and obtain a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.

Pre-orders

Where an item is sold as a pre-order, the expected release or dispatch timing will be shown on the product page where known. Release dates and distributor allocations can change. If a material change affects your order, we will contact you and your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits rights that consumers have under applicable law.

Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in our Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
